Does my request reserve the car?
Submitting a request starts the conversation. MAJA checks the vehicle, dates and requirements with the rental provider. A booking is confirmed only after the provider approves it and its reservation steps are completed.
How do I receive my price?
The collection shows indicative daily prices where available. MAJA follows up using your contact details with a quote for your dates and plans. Review the rental price, applicable taxes, mileage, separate security deposit and any additional charges before committing.
Can I request delivery or a chauffeur?
Select Chauffeur in the request form, or describe your delivery request in the notes. Share your pickup area, destination, times and any stops. Service availability and fees are confirmed with your quote.
Where do I make payment?
The rental provider supplies the official payment instructions after the details are approved. MAJA’s request form does not take payments or collect licence, insurance or card documents.
